Role overview

 

  • Responsible for smooth execution of Sales Process for Philips Home Care Services
  • Responsible for accurate usage and data quality of CRM tool by the respective stakeholders
  • Responsible for accurate data based analysis of Sales Process KPIs including days from PO to OIT and OIT to cash
  • Responsible for sales tracking , patient & physicians documentation, and renewal of existing patients
  • Assist Sales team with brochures, sales tools and/or other support as decided by Sales Head. Assist the sales & marketing team in all ATL & BTL activities
  • Assist Head Sales and Operations in understanding process inconsistencies and bottlenecks
  • Monitors the assigned sales organization’s compliance with required standards for maintaining CRM dat
  • Assignments are carried out in a professional way according to quality requirements and are finished in time
  • Thinks up practical improvements to the sales preparation process, and carries them out (output, serviceability, reliability) on the basis of own findings
  • Sales funnel reporting

Minimum requirements
 

  • Graduation in Commerce/ Management or equivalent
  • Sound knowledge on Excel, CRM tools, PowerPoint
  • Basic finance acumen
  • Exposure to Healthcare/Pharma/ Delivery industry would be an advantage.
  • Preferably 2-5 years’ experience in sales Support/ Sales
