My Philips Air Purifier powers off

If your Philips Air Purifier goes off unexpectedly, there might be a simple solution. Discover here how to solve it yourself.

The air purifier is restarting

When the power resumes, your Philips Air Purifier restarts automatically and goes to the previous mode.

The air purifier was set to shutdown

If your purifier comes with the option to pre-set it to shutdown, then this might have been set and caused it to go off.

The filter alert has been on for more than two weeks

If your Philips Air purifier has been showing a filter replacement alert for more than two weeks and the filter was not replaced, it will be locked and shut down.

If this is the case, please replace the filter.

The back door is open

Some air purifier models are designed to switch off when the backdoor is open.
If the back door is open, please try closing it and make sure it is properly closed. Your purifier should resume working now.
