Philips Fidelio SoundBarWireless surround cinema speakers

Perfect equipment for my living room. Looks sleek and great sound.

Being from chennai did extensive study regarding this product. Bought it from Croma Chennai. Easy to setup and use. Amazing sound quality from philips. Only one problem people in reviews which I read was amazing double bass. And in Philips fidelio side in spec for sound enhancement says double bass. But kind find it on remote and not in the manual book to regarding double bass. When u separate the speakers awesome surround sound quality. Being on expensive side should provide hdmi and optical cable with it.

product is excellent ,but after sales is very poor , after 6 days 1 wireless speaker not charge ,i dont know when service person contact me .

There is no doubt about sound quality and design. But after warranty period my set is giving lot of issues. The set is not connecting with woofer and other two speakers, The charging is not happening. I gave it service center as per Philips customer care recommendation . But servicing care of this set is too worst. they don't have spare parts of this set and even after month time also they are not able so repair it.

Overall good product and very easy to use. But seems to be very bad quality. The power button stopped working after 11 months, was ok, since it was working with remote. Then just after the warranty period expired saw 2 more issues. when you switch it off and on, the default volume is always high. And the system disconnects from bluetooth and switches to HDMI-1 after 2 minutes. Didnt expect this quality from Philips, bought this since the product had good reviews, unfortunately, it didnt live upto the expectations mainly because of quality issues.

This product was giving trouble from day 1. Instead of replacing the product which was under warranty, Philips team repaired it. After few months again mother board issue came and I had asked to shell out 15,000rs. Later right speaker stopped working and got it repaired. Now there is issue with left speaker. Left speaker not able connect with main unit. 50000rs product does not last even a year. Phillips product quality is decreasing, strongly recommend not to by any Phillips audio systems
