i bought this product 1 year back.no complaints till now.really nice one.good features.you can trust the quality of Philips. video playback is excellent supports all most all videos.only drawback is sound output.you need to have home theater system.

Product has good video quality but bad sound quality but if you have home theatre or hd setup box than would say paisa vasool. Also sevice people tried settings to improve sound quality but failed and confirmed that this product has bad sound quality. Its just few days I have purchased.

I my self and my family members using this product since last 8-10 months. The product very good. Before this product I was using Philips CRT TV. Sound clarity of CRT Tv was better than this TV.

The only drawback with this product is sound quality, which isnt good enough. Make sure you got a Home Theatre before you go ahead for this product.

This product is good picture quality, good feautres. But sound quality is too low. This product is value for money.

Pic Quality is Good but the sound is not so great. Need a 5.1 Surround Spkr to get a gud quality sound.

Only sound is not good. I want to go to consumer forumn for the sound system. Having paid good amount, sound output is not good.

Audio quality is very very poor. Even unbranded led TVs with half the price of Philips TV gives great audio as compared to Philips TV(This model) Also Software upgrade or reset not available for this. If the software is corrupted then you have to change the motherboard. Pathetic......... Even Philips Service network is not good. Not expected Philips to lunch this type of product in the market. Only adverse name to Philips name and Philips Quality.
