My Philips Bikini Trimmer is not working

Published on 2020-08-10
If your Philips Bikini or Precision Trimmer does not switch on or stops during use, please read below our troubleshooting advice below to solve this issue.
If your trimmer is running low on battery or stops working, please fully recharge your device before any further use.

In case your trimmer runs on disposable AA batteries, it might be time to replace the batteries. When replacing the batteries make sure you use the appropriate batteries for the device as mentioned in the user manual. Do not mix different types or old and new batteries. When putting in the batteries make sure the + and - poles point in the right direction.
It is possible that your trimmer is dirty. Always check the head of your trimmer to make sure it is clean before you use it. If it is not clean, either use the cleaning brush provided with your trimmer and remove any hair settled inside. If your device is washable then put it under a tap of running water to clean it. Completely dry the trimming head before attaching it back to its body.

If you have tried the solution above and the trimmer still does not work then please contact us for further help.
