Software upgrade of my Philips HTS via Network fails

  • Ensure that SoundBar is connected to network / Internet (Ethernet connection).
  • Ensure that network cable is properly connected and the router is switched on.
  • If there is no software upgrade available for your SoundBar at the current moment, the software upgrade process will not proceed.
  • Check for the availability of newer software for your SoundBar on our website at www.philips.com/support. If you do not see the Software & Drivers link, there is no software upgrade available for your SoundBar at the current moment. This also means that your SoundBar is with the latest software version installed.
