My Philips Juicer vibrates strongly

If your Philips Juicer is vibrating excessively, please read our troubleshooting advice below to simply fix it.

Filter is not positioned properly

If the filter of your Philips Juicer is not properly positioned, this may cause the appliance to vibrate excessively.

In this case, switch off the appliance and unplug it. Check if the filter is positioned properly in the juice collector of the appliance.

Note: The ribs in the bottom of the filter have to fit properly onto the driving shaft of your juicer.

Filter is damaged

If the filter of your juicer is damaged, this may cause the appliance to vibrate excessively.

In this case, switch off the appliance and unplug it. Check if the filter that is installed is damaged. Cracks, crazes, a loose grating disc or any other irregularity may cause it to malfunction. If you detect any cracks or damage to the filter, do not use the appliance anymore and please contact us to see how we can help further.
