I got it as a gift and till date I have had no complaints regarding it. Its simple and easy to use and unlike a JMG, it is very convenient to clean. It ensures supply quick and easy juice making using citrus fruits and the pips and pulp does not get mixed up with the juice extracted. Its reverse action is helpful in complete extraction of juice . There is no spillage and its light weight makes it convenient to be used by all. The material used is also of good quality

I wanted to surprise my mother with a easy to use product which will produce juice with minimal physical effort. This product suits the bill and my mother finds it very easy to use and love its features and i was very happy to see the special smile on her face. Thanks Philips for providing me with such a brilliant product.
