This product is user friendly with trouble free run for quiet few years.But only comment I would make against that the quality of steel is poor that it is not corrosion resistant.

Uncomfortable and not upto expectation
Within a short span of its usage, there were problem in jar clamp system (if the jar is not fit in right position, the mixie ceases to rotate). The service centre termed it common and disabled the system itself. I wonder how many security aspects have been compromised by doing so.
Also, the spare jar are never available despite several visits. The main dealer in Hyderabad redirects to other vendors across city but never confirms its availability.
The service staff are not customer friendly and visit to the dealer is a nightmare.

Product is good, but components are not durable
I have purchased 2 of this in successive years. HL 1618 looks nice and is good to use for most of the household work. Only when it comes to hard items, the components don't withstand it much. Previously we used to have a sturdy mixie which grind any hard thing without much issues. But HL 1618 components are not withstanding some items (like dal items while grinding dry). Also the cost of replacement of these is very high even in philips service centres.
