I used it for about 4 years. Some times little water also got inside but no damage was done. Now because of my rough use the battery is gone and I broke its comb. It would be very nice if Philips sells the spare parts. Since spare parts are not available so I am going to buy same trimmer again. Thank you PHILIPS.

I used it for over three and half years, it is a reliable instrument. Sadly I lost the charger on my travel so I had to decommission it for the time being. It will be nice of Philips to sell the chargers online in India.

I am using this product from last 2 years and I am javing no complaints with the manufacturer i.e. Philips . This product is wonderful keeping in mind its price and the warranty that the company offer you. I will advice you to go with this . Cheers.

hai, i am using this product from October 2012 on wards...now its 2 years...about the product, just wonderful...almost 4 to 5 times i am using this every week. even after 2 years, its battery gives about 40 minutes of trimming in cordless use...

i was took "qt4019" on 11/05/2013.so,yet it's in guarantee.it's working good bt not much than before.it doesn't trim so clean than before,making noise & seldom not working properly for some time whenever it's in charge.
so,i want to either repair or change this product with new one as soon as possible(it's upon u.)
so,kindly make me clear what can i do next for this.
