Bought the trimmer and shaver about 2 years ago.
Used it sparingly since i keep a beard almost all the time. The application to trim or shave was at most used once a months. So you can probably say I used the trimmer 24 or at the most 30 times in total in 2 years.
The unit stopped charging in about 2 years time. When i called the repair center they said its no point to send it to repairs since most cases they cannot do anything for the battery if the charger is not broken.
Its weird to have to throw away such a new and sparingly used product and create so much electronic junk and waste when everyone is talking about saving the environment. We should have companies more conscious about repair and re-use rather than just junk and throw into the environment for a simple issue like battery charging.

only disadvantage is that it cant be used with the charging ON mode. you have to charge it and than use.. sometimes wait is not possible..

High price but looks like cheap grooming kit. nose trimmer is not effective. bodygroom shaver plucks the hairs and cause irritation. body trim comb is useless.Body is not properly sealed and give way easily.Highly doubtfull of its water resistant capabilities.

A good product from Philips. The best deal is fast charging. It can be used for 15 mins just after a 5 mins charging.

I purchased this product about a month back and I immediately found these issues:
- The battery charge doesn't seem to last very long
- The speed seems to increase and decrease like the trimmer has a mind of its own
- At times when I hold it at a certain angle, the speed seems to slow down and increases rapidly when i tilt it a bit
- The blades seem to have lost their initial sharpness, within a months time. And I only use it once a week/weekends
- Pouch displayed on the product page here wasn't provided. The guy at the store asked me to raise a concern here
I have a bunch of other products from Philips in my house.
I expect that you find me a replacement to this product or upgrade my product because the unit I picked was the high-end trimmer in the store and if this is the kind of quality ad performance you provide at the top-end variants, the lower ones performance are going to be pathetic.
I hope you revert to me on my mail soon and have this rectified or replaced. I'd prefer a replacement because it has only been a month.
