The product and especially its intelligent arm is very helpful. I can attend to my other work in kitchen while the food processor does the job.

Have used the product for for only 3 months and the blender jar has started to leak. Also the blades on the all the jar have already gone blunt so mixing takes twice the amount of time.
How do I get the blender jar fixed or replaced?

Lock system does not work properly with los jars and need to keep jugling to lock it. Need to try out multiple time to lock it. Really irritating if locking is not seamless.

every thing works fine, but I am as scared as I was before with Bajaj food processor that my neighbours will come and beat me up for the noisy motor.
worst part is Philips is advertising it as silent motor.

I fell this product is so over engineered. Inspite of locking the jar & handle, it doesn't want to turn on at all... Keeps playing up all the time. A product that costs so much should have better life & durability. Unfortunately i got this product with me to Brisbane from India and there is no service center here to fix it. So i just wasted all the money i spent for buying this product and getting it here all the way... i will not buy anymore Philips products...

THIS IS USEFUL FOR 1 YEAR. AFTER ITS NOT WORK AND RS. 3000 TO 3500 SPARE PARTS AND SERVICE CHARGES. IA MA NOT SATISFIED THIS. ACTUALLY THIS IS DEAD MONEY. DON'T BUY.

While Philips has always made things better, I am somehow disappointed by their service support.
Responsiveness to customer service calls needs tremendous improvement..

I am trying to get in touch with customer care on phone/mail/chat but nothing seems to work. I am thoroughly dissatisfied by the product and customer care and would not recommend this product to any one. During second time use itself, the locking system of the arm started malfunctioning, may be a sensor issue or mechanical issue but not expected from a branded company like philips
