Rated 1 out of 5 by welcomesen Worst product...charger didn't work when I received the phone
Very bad quality and think no proper testing is done. I have reached a faulty charger and the mobile gives an alert noise every time when I get a call. Need to switch off and switch on the phone. I tried disabling the missed call alert to see if that happens, no luck. I am feeling bad for gifting this phone to my dad, thought it will be easier with proves to be a mistake.

Rated 2 out of 5 by SnapdealCust0mer Doesn't worth for Price at all.
1) 'Big' screen, buttons, one key Lock, TTS
The phone doesnt support some of the very basis features, viz.
1) Doesn't allow choosing between SIMs while dialing from Call history, makes complications for aged people.
2) Phone doesn't allow naming the SIMs, it is always displayed as SIM1 / SIM2.
3) The date time of the phone doesn't sync automatically with the network.
4) One can’t differentiate between The Menu items and item values, for both font sizes are same.
In summary being the Hardware nice is not enough, Philips has to be more focused on UI as well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Verified Reviewer A must have for our parents and senior members in the family
Generally our senior members in the family do not use whatsapp, facebook etc...they prefer to use a mobile phone for calling / sms with ease of use. if you are looking for a mobile for a senior member of your family and you expect an excellent call quality superb speakers and sturdy build then look no further and get this phone for them. FM on speaker (ofcourse without headphone also it works), SOS facility and a very useful torch are the highlight of this phone. Go for it without any second thought.
and if you are from the current younger generation and want to have a basic feature phone...then go for this ...this is unique useful and ofcourse different mobile phone...but remember nowhatsapp, facebook, wechat, selfie etc... great phone go for it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by MiddleAge PhilipsX2566 is by far the best basic mobile phone for Senior Citizens.
This feature phone ,it seems, has an edge over its counterparts as regards phones for elderly are concerned. Display and keypad are sufficiently spacious. Menu is primarily in list form, very easy for beginners. Other basic features like, torch, loudspeaker, display magnifier, camera, are good enough for senior citizens. above all, it has good finish and long battery life.
