The coating gets damaged pretty fast and is difficult to clean, which may affect the performance in long run. Tips on cleaning the base plate to maintain the coating is missing under instructions.

The quality of plastic, quality of components, assembly quality is very poor. I had used Philips steam iron for last 22 years. But this iron will not for even 2-3 years.

I and family using Philips products for years and never had any complaint. Its not the money that choose the product, its the product that choose you. "Philips" My recommendation: Yes go for it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from nice product having draw backs with water spray Easy to use . simple and light weight cons water sprayer is not up to the mark. i don't know weather steam should come from sole-plate holes or not, after pressing the button water coming from the front hole(pore) not from the sole-plate. Except this remaining features are fine

Now i dont worry about the wrinkles nor I need to spend extra money forgetting the clothes ironed from the laundry. Its a light weight iron which is easy to use and gets the wrinkles flat in seconds with its spray inbuilt option. :))

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very Happy with this compare to last Iron I own this Iron since Oct 2012 and i am very happy with this performance, before this i had one orpat iron which broke after one drop. But this iron body is good and till now it has dropped over 5 times but still nothing happened. This iron steam and heating is amazing.
