Rated 1 out of 5 by bhat17 from product falling apart, the small is not grinding properly and medium jars blades came off i purchased this product through Amazon. i live in Australia and as my husband had previously purchased a philips grinder some 5 years ago from, i thought i woud replace the old one with the same brand. I purchased this product, which seemed quite impressive to combine juice extractor and a grinder. My husband used the juice extractor and was quite satisfied. But after a week of using the grinder, the blade of the medium jug came loose...and the machine started making strange noise. I tried using the small jar but this is not grinding effectively. I sent an email to the supplier stating my reasons for receiving a full refund and unfortunately told that i need to take it to a repair centre. Now this is clearly a defective product and i have paid good money for it. Can u please assist... We always advise our close friends and family of how good the philips grinders are.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Niki123 from Bad Quality Plastic The Plastic Quality of the Juicer is so bad.. One if the side locks broke the first day we bought it even after handling it with such care. This is because the lock is so much sensitive and the inner part is very thin.. It could break even if you handle it very carefully. Wanted to know if I could get the side lock replaced ? If not by the company, where can I get a side lock ? Please help.
