Bought the mixer and it is absolute disaster. The spice grinder does not grind spices properl. The juicer attachment does not completely grind the fruits. There is always a left over pieces of fruit. The previous philips was great BUT NOT THIS ONE. DO NOT BUY THIS MODEL

Good product but......
I’m happy with the machine part. But the handles of the steel jars just break even with gentle use. Please improve the quality of your handles.

Not suitable for wet grinding.
Jar's lids are not tight at all, so we can't do wet grinding as liquid comes out easily while grinding. Not suitable for wet grinding.

1.75L Jar - Getting Rusted
After usage of Jar for few times, steel portion of the Jar is rusted. I bought this 1 year back and not finding replacement.

Not up to the mark from Philips
Not useful for less quantity. Company should provide smaller vessel of 300 ml. Can't grind almonds. When grinding groundnuts doesn't give even consistency. Some become thin like powder while some remain as it is. Makes a lot of noise.

Good product with bad design
Motor is powerful and easy to use. Even ice cubes were grind properly. Only drawback is the design, specially for handles. 2 jars of my mixer are now broke. You can't open the lid of jar without breaking the handle.

Lot of sound, time consuming
Compared to my earlier two mixies of other brands, the motor power is not up to the expectations.
Small jar is good for wet items but not for dry items.
Dry jar and wet jar : time consuming and lot of noise. Could not detach blades.

Great Product in its category
Love this product. Powerful, smooth and fast. Thank you, Philips. The only drawback is that it does not contain smaller containers in all the three container categories.

The switch knob needs redesign.
