Rated 5 out of 5 by from New Kind of Experience Quite Easy to use and highly efficient, also heats-up pretty fast as compared to Gas cookers. Looking wise, it is the Best. Its also very light so can be moved easily. I like this. Due to single glass surface its totally safe when any thing spills while cooking. Very safe specially when kids are around, child lock is an extra advantageous. It is very useful in summer when my mother need kitchen fan and due to no flame she can use kitchen Fan with no problem at all. Its very easy to use specially for mothers who can't get complex instructions while using new product but for this she easily grasp everything so quickly. I love this, as well as my mother.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from product has good features The body is very longish it should be square to fit the kitchen top.It is also slippery as the legs are not proper.Fan makes too much noise and runs after swithing off for a long time than other cookers.Touch panel is sometimes non responsive. The display does not show the wattage .Most of the menu buttons are useless it should only show wattage.Timer starts at 30 which should start at 00 and + button should increase in 5 minutes interval and _ to decrease in 1 minute interval as in most other cooktops.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Viva-Best Inducton cooker available in market Brought Philips Viva Induction HD4938 when I moved to new location. My wife suggested Induction cooker after LPG connection shifting issue. To our surprise this cooks faster than LPG/Rice cooker. Induction HD4938 has excellent touch sensor which gives multiple selection option from slow to fast cooking depending upon need for cooking. I am fully satisfied with Viva cooker and now gifted to my sister as well.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from VERY GOOD Good performance., Responsive controls. Easy to use. But, slippery legs; unit slips on kitchen granite tops. Rubber bushes should have been provided at legs. I am now looking for suitable L slotted rubber bushes to suit the legs, to prevent slipping.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Satisfied I loved this product, the only con I would say that it makes a lil more noise due to fan beneath the cooktop and sometimes an unusual sound like something is vibrating inside. Till now haven't faced any discomfort in any other way.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent induction cooktop I havn't used a lot of induction cooktops but I definitely made an extensive research over induction cooktops before deciding upon this induction cooktop model. what i liked about this model is that unlike other cheaper models it has a larger flat base for keeping the utensils. buttons are touch based.the cooktop offers more control and steppings over temperature control. most of the models in market offer degree at 2100W consumption, but philips gives degree over the same 2100W consumption. the internal PCB and coils r more of a quality component with greater power control. additionally it shows the voltage available along with how much current consumed while cooking. the cooktop is quite modular and unique.
