Commercial Leadership Program
The Commercial Leadership Program (CLP) is designed to attract high potential talent for Philips in growth markets. The program is designed for professionals who want to extend their horizons and build an accelerated career in Philips. This is a one year program with participants spread across different geographies. Post a global induction program organized in the Netherlands, there are two stints – one in the home country and another one at a growth market. Given the variety of experiences that the participant undergoes in this one year, he/she is capable of taking up challenging middle management level roles. The CLP is relevant for Sales & Marketing and Finance roles
Growth Market Operations Trainee Program
This is a strategic talent attraction and development program for strengthening our talent pipeline for Global Operations. This global program is designed for Supply Chain professionals with minimum two years of experience. It comprises a set of three challenging projects in India and international assignments in growth / mature geographies such as US/Europe/China/Brazil/Africa. During these projects, the participants are mentored & coached by senior management. At the end of their projects, the participants are provided feedback basis which they are offered challenging senior roles depending on the incumbent’s aspiration and organizational needs within the Supply Chain & Operations function at Philips.
BIC IT Leadership Program
The BIC (Brazil, India, China) IT Leadership Program is a two-year global rotational program which is designed to harness and develop the leadership potential of its participants. This is a global program designed for IT Professionals with minimum two years of experience and provides them with unparalleled opportunities & coaching for professional development. The participants are assigned coaches and mentors who help facilitate both business and rotational transitions and support active career management strategies.
HR Leadership Development Program
The Human Resources Leadership Development Program (HRLDP) prepares dynamic & high potential hires, with a track record of success for HR roles in Philips. The two-year global rotational program offers opportunities & experiences in challenging HR assignments across businesses in Philips. The participants receive state of the art leadership training, collaborate with and influence senior management and become a part of a world-class HR team.
