#MakeItHappen at Philips India


Philips celebrated International Women’s Day 2015 with the global theme, #MakeItHappen, to identify effective action for advancing women and building an inclusive work environment, mobilizing all employees to do their part.


The leadership team reinforced our commitment to continuously strive to be an inclusive organization which promotes and encourages diversity of backgrounds, talents and perspectives. Gender diversity is a key priority for Philips India, and we will continue to focus on attracting, developing and creating an enabling environment for women talent.


As the first of our #MakeItHappen initiatives, we have launched “Mentoring for Women”, a program across levels, for pairing women employees with senior leaders to coach, guide and mentor them to realize their personal and professional goals.
